About the Role
As an IoT Solution Architect, you work within the UK Professional Services team, here you work productively with Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal & external interfaces to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives.
Your expertise within the IoT domain will contribute to transforming customers smart manufacturing landscape by implementing reliable asset monitoring, enhancing manufacturing performance and efficiency, and enabling quality prediction and much more. You help the customer make improved operational and business decisions with data-driven insights.
Area of Responsibility
Collaborate with the UK team and wider global IoT team.
Communicate with stakeholders to align business goals and requirements with Insights Hub solutions.
Participate in joint workshops with other experts, Partners, and Customers.
Deliver high-quality industrial IoT projects that have a tangible influence in the UK.
Assist UK customers in their implementation of Insights Hub projects by providing guidance and strategic support for planning and execution.

Your Qualifications & Experience
Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Science or Engineering, Computer Studies or similar
Demonstrable expertise in Insights Hub or comparable industrial IoT software solutions, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical specialists.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within an organization.
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures.
Strong work ethics, teamwork, customer service acumen.
Either already UK Security Cleared or able to achieve UK security clearance
