Work you'll do
As an I/O Psychologist, you will:
Apply data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise Human Capital data to advance and enable key mission outcomesSupport all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions to ETL, from performing analyses to delivery of insights to decision-makersWork directly with Human Capital leaders to help address the most pressing business questions and help leadership navigate uncover hiring gaps to recommending retention strategiesInput data from SPSS into structured templatesCreate deliverables by aggregating various data sources and designing spreadsheets into finished productsBecome familiar with SPSS to analyze data for future surveys

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureActive TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required 3+ year of statistical analysis experience (use of statistical software such as SPSS, SAS)3+ years of experience in survey analysis
