Investor Relations Associate
$115-$130k + Bonus
San Francisco; Hybrid
This role, reporting to the VP, involves supporting the team in various tasks such as preparing marketing materials, coordinating meetings with investors, responding to inquiries, and assisting in fundraising activities.
Day to Day:
Assist in creating and updating marketing materials and investor communications by coordinating with various teams
Identify and implement operational efficiencies in the Investor Relations department processes
Maintain records using different systems like CRM, Smartsheet, MS Teams, etc.
Collaborate on project management for investor events, marketing materials, and guest lists
Provide assistance in maintaining and establishing investor relationships through materials and support
Support daily operational tasks such as managing the IR inbox, list maintenance, reconciliation, data integrity, and handling ad-hoc investor requests
Prepare and report on specific investor metrics and conduct other research tasks
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
3 or more years of experience in investment management or the real estate industry, with a focus on investor relations and business development
Knowledge of financial markets and indices, a strong interest in real estate, and experience with private funds, finance, and accounting are advantageous
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Accurate and detailed financial modeling skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Effective project management and process-oriented skills, with a successful track record in building and managing processes
Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Team player committed to excellence and high integrity
