What you will do:
PGIM's Global Investor Services Group is seeking an Analyst to support the Global Investor Services team. Joining on an initial 2 year contract, this position provides an opportunity to gain experience in a myriad of areas in support of PGIM's commitment to provide best-in-class investor services.
The Global Investor Services Group has a broad mandate, and as the successful candidate you will have the opportunity to grow and advance within the organization and to specifically learn about the real estate industry.
You will work closely with fund portfolio teams, and be part of a collaborative global team with direct exposure servicing global institutional investors.
On a day-to-day basis you'll work closely with the team and provide support across a broad range of real estate products and topics.
What you can expect:
Working on an initial 24 month contract you will:
Provide day to day support to the Global Investor Services TeamServe as data steward for information utilized by Investor ServicesAssist in completing various data requestsSupport the Business Development and Portfolio Management teams by updating marketing presentationsHelp manage our client portal by posting investor reports and deliverables to the siteAssist the Global Investor Services team with various ad-hoc projects and requests
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree requiredA skilled user of MS PowerPoint and ExcelStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTechnologically "savvy", ability to use new tools and applicationsExcellent multi-tasking capabilitiesStrong attention to detail
What will set you apart:
Strong communication skills and a customer oriented approach to work.Previous corporate experience working with clients, users, stakeholders etc.
