  What will you be doing?

  · Sales and marketing of products and strategies to existing and prospective clients in the Benelux

  · Increasing overall name awareness and brand recognition for Morgan Stanley

  · Relationship management to existing clients, prospects and consultants

  · Protect current assets under management with good relationship management

  · Increase assets under management by pro-active sales activities

  · Support senior members in the Benelux Sales Team

  · Co-ordinating internal and external projects and events

  · Collaborate with investment teams and other sales professionals in the group as well as colleagues covering the Benelux in other divisions of the firm

  What we’re looking for:

  · The successful candidate will possess versatile interpersonal and communication skills, allowing them to build relationships internally as well as externally, at all levels and in any market channel.

  · Strong Sales experience or equivalent industry experience within the Benelux.

  · Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of other European languages would also be beneficial.

  · Self-starter, pro-active professional with the confidence to pursue targets and develop new business.

  · Ability to collaborate effectively where needed and exemplify the highest standards of ethics and integrity in their professional and personal dealings.

  Skills that will help you in the role:

  · Results oriented: as evidenced by managing transactions and projects on time and on budget.

  · Experience meeting and or exceeding challenging personal objectives, quantitative targets or deadlines.

  · Proactive “can do” and entrepreneurial attitude allowing them to overcome obstacles in a pragmatic and speedy way.

  · Strong project management skills with proven delivery of results in complex multi-jurisdiction or joint-venture environments.

  · Strong collaboration, relationship management skills and the ability to effectively influence.

  Certified Persons Regulatory Requirements:

  This role is deemed as a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
