The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

The Position:
Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the newly formed Administrative Solutions team and office management, records retention and managing various projects for Investments. Strong project management experience is required.
Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the Administrative Solutions group and Conference Space for Liberty Mutual Investments with a strong customer service focus. The ideal candidate is able to prioritize and problem solve effectively in a fast paced environment. Assist in standing up the newly formed Administrative Solutions team and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption across the organization. Manager responsibilities included are hiring, training, and developing the Administrative Solutions employees. Oversight of team shared mailbox, triage requests as appropriate, document requests, find themes and identify areas of focus. Oversee all aspects of Office Management needs for the department including: Maintenance, Supply Management, Vendor Relations, Records Retention, Office Safety procedures, and partnering with the Administrative Services for department wide events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of administrative experience in an office environment Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in prioritizing and multitasking Strong work ethic, self-directed and proven track record of working within a team environment Strong communication and written skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
