About the team:
The External Application Support Specialist manages the overall process of issue management and support for our customers (Sponsor /CRO/Investigator/Internal User). A Support Specialist will understand the needs of the users, analyzes their requests, takes the appropriate action to resolve issues when needed, and provides timely answers.
Internship Assignment Summary:
Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Work in a team-oriented global environment with the focus on customer service, both internal and external.Strong ability to multi-task.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with others.Ability to use computer and departmental tools, specifically MS 365 applications.
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum = Bachelor's DegreePreferred = BA /BS in Life Sciences or Business Management
