About the Job:
The EMEA Strategy, Strategic Pricing & Market Intelligence team is now looking for an Intern starting in January 2023 for a duration of 6 months, to collaborate on projects focused on key strategic initiatives for the company. The selected candidate can expect continuous leadership development, hands-on practical experience and a strong exposure with the Affiliates and Regional Brand Teams.
About your responsibilities:
Undertake market analysis to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities Produce and disseminate research intelligence and insight findings in comprehensible formats. Assist in the coordination of multiple internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables Assist in a range of market research and ad-hoc projects including competitor monitoring, forecasting with specifics insights, market tracking tools or evolution per channel and retailers among others Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and support strategic recommendations to the brands and management team Prepare reports and presentations on market analysis findings to the international management team Act as specialist point of contact for advice and guidance on market intelligence including coaching and supporting colleagues in the best use of market analysis data to inform strategic direction and decisions. Bi-annual support with global strategic alignment: collaboration with multiple markets, cross-department coordination, market forecasting and analysis Monthly update of market intelligence data: managing the market intelligence dashboard Monthly production of market analysis findings presentation for global Estee Lauder management Monthly preparation of the market intelligence newsletter for company-wide dissemination Daily ad-hoc projects: working with Estee Lauder brands and affiliates to prepare research insights.
Qualifications
About you:
Minimum Education Level: Minimum Master degree (Bac +4/5) specialized in Finance/Management/Information technology
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: - At least one previous experience.
Required Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required (French is not required)
Licenses or Certifications: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus).
