Our Internal Audit Intern will assistthe Director, Internal Audit and Compliance, enhancing internal controldocumentation and participating in limited scope Sarbanes Oxley testingand operational audit engagements. Responsibilities: Update internalcontrol documentation Assist in the execution of Sarbanes Oxley,operational and financial audits Effectively utilize technology tocontinuously learn and innovate, share knowledge with team membersAdditional duties as assigned Requirements & Competencies: Currentlypursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance from anaccredited university. Able to quickly develop strong workingrelationships with internal departments, including those ininternational locations, internal and external auditors, whileexplaining their findings and meeting face to face with process ownersand other interested parties to communicate their findings. Strongverbal, analytical and written communication. Ability to handle multiplepriorities and deadlines, with high standards for quality, accuracy, andattention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-pacedenvironment. Experience with Microsoft Suite and a variety ofapplications.
