Introduction

Internships are expected to be 12 weeks in length over the summer. Applicants should be enrolled in a program at least through fall 2024.

People Services US is the primary contact center for employees and managers in the US and is responsible for managing all Hire2Retire operational processes. As People Services Advisor, you offer first-line support for employees and managers, and are the face of HR operational day-to-day topics. You provide self-service support, ensure accurate and effective transactions and prompt inquiry resolution.

You provide self-service support, ensure accurate and effective transactions and prompt inquiry resolution.
Creating and updating electronic filing systems in accordance with SOX compliance.Reviewing and processing I-9's for US employees including tracking of work authorization and re-verifications.Completing non-payroll transactions including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.Dispatching HR transaction tickets to team members.Auditing consisting of but not limited to, electronic filing and I9 compliance.Safeguarding own knowledge & skills and updating knowledge database. Education and Experience

This position is located on-site in Chandler, AZ. The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $17.00 - $53.00. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
