About the job: in Collaboration with a coordinator + the manager, the trainee will be working at the EMEA Headquarters (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) in a Corporate position. The trainee will be in contact with all brands from the ELC portfolio and with the affiliates in the region.
About your responsibilities:
Assist in the management of the Corporate Online Store SUPPORT ON COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE
Key tasks:
Manage the daily management of the site Beauty Perks EMEA: Refreshes, Site Maintenance, E-merchandising, offers creation, bug solving Assist in the Site optimization & UX improvements in collaboration with our Production team: Testing & QA Collaborate with the brands to update the assortment regularly: update of the excess section on a monthly basis, new launches, removal of discontinued products etc. Take care of the set up for new brands added on the site, along with the testing part with the Production team and in collaboration with the brand team and the affiliate Manage the first level of support on our Customer Service's specific requests Provide competitive review on our 3rd party platforms in the region: best practices from competition
Qualifications
About you :
Minimum Education Level: You are a student with higher education Bac 4/5 or Business Schools (End-of-studies internship).
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: You have a first experience in e-commerce and digital.
Required Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment.
Licenses or Certifications: N/A
Additional Job Specifications: Great interpersonal and organizational skills, you are rigorous and detail oriented.
Digital Sav + Admin Ninja. Excel lover.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - juggling with multiple projects at a time.
Knowledge of an e-commerce back-office and CMS is an asset.
