About the Job
Key responsibilities: Supporting Consumer Marketing Activations in EMEA for the period Jan-Jun 2024 by providing implementation guidelines to the markets and reporting key figures to Global Brands, to support brand awareness growth and installing successful activations to generate engagement and drive desirability across channels and in social media.
About Your Responsibilities
REPORTING
- Monthly Earned Media Report: influencer, press coverage and events tracking
- Monthly Key Consumer Activation Report: collect and elaborate results and pictures from affiliates
- Launch feedbacks and consolidation to provide top line view to global
CONSUMER MARKETING SUPPORT
- 360 marketing plans on-going update with new launches communication and animations.
- Conduct marketing analysis on earned and paid media activations and communication KPIs in accordance with regional/global guidelines and provide insightful information to the affiliates business
- Pull competitive insight and Monitor key competitor activations across all channels and identify best-in-class brand activations.
- Oversee reports shared by regional Corporate Consumer Insights team and select valuable insights to turn into action for the brand
- Reach out to all departments to ensure 360 marketing files are updated on a monthly base.
- Coordinates and organizes consumer update during the monthly meeting with affiliates (content, tools, etc.)

Qualifications
About You

Minimum Education Level: Higher Education (Bac + 5, from a Business school or university)
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Ideally at least 1-year work experience. Interest in the cosmetics sector. Previous, relevant marketing experience.
Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (language of work).
