About the Job:
With the development of a new strategic roadmap for Smashbox Cosmetics, the EMEA marketing team is looking for an intern to support the transformation of the brand in their Consumer & Education department, as of January 2024 . As Consumer and Education Assistant for Smashbox , your role is to voice our brand across our EMEA region. Your mission is to offer a unique experience to consumers on all touchpoints alongside executing consumer engagement and online strategies to drive community, brand advocacy and online/offline performances.
About your responsibilities:
LOCAL MARKET MEDIA & ONLINE EXECUTION
Lead and support the affiliates in identifying contents and assets to achieve social media and online objectives
Support the affiliates in local consumer activity requests and execution follow-ups
REGIONAL CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT AND ONLINE STRATEGY PLANNING & EXECUTION
Owned Media o Monthly owned media KPIs tracking (follower growth / ER% / SOV )
Monthly markets best-practice sharing o Monthly social media report o Paid & Earned Media
Work with consumer engagement manager to delivery best content to support media needs
Work with consumer engagement manager to ensure local affiliates influencer collaborations correspond to brand image and brand strategy direction
Online o Support online team in local activities and assets production
KPI tracking support o Ad-hoc regional strategic meeting / reporting support
EDUCATION PLAN & EXECUTION
Follow up on affiliates education plan and support in execution: product knowledge, makeup services, social media content…
Organize and support education events
Lead makeup trends cascade
Drive Social Media content on makeup (Tiktok content creation with local education partners)
DEVELOP STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH GLOBAL TEAM
Support consumer engagement regional team to ensure global assets development captured all regional needs
Support Ad-hoc global requests
Qualifications
About you
Minimum Education Level: Business school student or University Master’s Degree (BAC 4/5), preferably in a gap year/ end-of study program
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: A previous experience in Marketing is required
Required Language Proficiency: English fluency is a must
Additional Job Specifications:
Data driven, feeling at ease with excel, figures and data reporting
Autonomous, takes initiative and is reactive to business demands
Capacity to adapt under changing and volatile environment post-Covid
High attention to detail, excellent organization and positive attitude with a team work mindset
Competent with Microsoft Office pack, in particular with Excel and PowerPoint
An interest for beauty would be appreciated
Convention de stage or intership agreement is mandatory.
