To support our Demand Planning Department, and in direct report to the IBP Education Manager, we are recruiting a Business Planning Analyst EMEA for a 6 months internship in our EMEA offices in Paris area.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an IBP (Integrated Business Planning) dashboard. Conduct analysis of the EMEA Demand plan (all Brands; all Markets; Basic/Newness/promotion) Identify opportunities, define priorities, and challenge the IBP stakeholders. Collaborate with demand planners on KPI (Key Performance Indicator) monthly review and root cause analysis.
Support the IBP Education Team on IBP training. Follow up on new joiners, good integration and understanding of the IBP process and expectations. Update the training materials.
Generate & update monthly reports (KPI, Business analysis, etc.) Ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
Requirements:
Student of engineering or business school, or 3rd cycle with supply chain, finance or data science specialization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Business acumen Strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in independently and in a multicultural environment. Strong Excel Skill. Familiarity with Power BI/ Power Query/ Power Pivot would be a plus. Must be fully proficient in English, able to follow English-language meetings and phone call.
