  Our JuMP (Junior Mattel Players) program invites you to live the experience of joining our Mattel Latam team.

  "We inspire wonder in the next generation to shape a brighter tomorrow" is our vision and we are very clear that to achieve it we need people with great talent and passion who are looking to start their professional development.

  Within the program you will be able to develop in the area of your interest where you will have the necessary tools for your growth, you will have continuous support and challenging projects that promote your skills and knowledge.

  It is important to mention that you will not be alone in this learning path, the JuMP community is our talent hotbed. We seek to generate an active communication where everyone can share their experience as JuMPs and have performance evaluations to enhance their skills and continue with the formation of future Mattel leaders.

  The Opportunity:

  Mattel is currently seeking a JuMP for Strategic Planning.

  What Your Impact Will Be

  Enabler for cross-functional continuous improvement projects.Business performance analysis across areas.Development of performance tracking tools for key brands and business needs.Analysis and tracking support for special projects.Intermediate - Advanced Excel (experience with vlookups, if, sum ifs, count ifs and nested formulas).Related careers: Industrial Engineering or related, Business Administration, International Business or International Trade.
