What you will do:
Content Creation for Marketing Collaterals: Assist in developing written or graphic/ video content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and presentations.
Social Media Management (Line@/ LinkedIn/ Facebook): Support the management and growth of BU's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, as well as monitoring engagement.
Event Support: Assist in coordinating logistics, providing onsite support, and conducting post-event surveys and follow-ups.
Internal Communications: Assist in coordinating and executing internal communication strategies, including creating and managing content for the intranet, newsletter, and employee announcements.
Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the BD/ Marcom team, which includes scheduling meetings, organizing files, ordering giveaways, and maintaining marketing databases on the intranet.
What we are looking for:
University students. Major in marketing, communications, business or related field.
Basic understanding of marketing and communication principles and strategies.
Strong verbal and writing communication skills in Mandarin. Intermediate verbal and written skills in English.
Strong in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and has hands-on experience with social media platforms and website creation and editing.
Good interpersonal skills. Proactive with good organizational and multitasking skills, and keen attention to details.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
