Work you'll do
Deloitte is looking for a consultant to Support an International Programs group in executing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) transactions
Review commitments, unobligated and obligated, and unliquidated transactions.
Contact the performing activity, contracting activity, billing activity and/or payment office to determine the status of all dormant transactions.
Identify and document all abnormal conditions that exist within using existing administrative, financial, and logical systems
Prepare funding documents packages and input funding document data, to include the basic funding documents as well as amendments to the basic funding document when received, in order to generate a funding document
Support the development of monthly funds status reports that are forwarded to leadership and included in the binders.

Qualifications
Required:
3-5 years financial management experience required for the role
Required to be onsite at Stafford, VA facility 2-3 days per week
Department of Defense and specifically Navy/USMC financial management experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Information Technology/Systems, Business, Finance or another Business-related field
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Travel up to 50%
Preferred:
Secret Clearance preferred, but not required
