Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) organization is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Manufacturing OPS Lead to join the International Manufacturing OPS team. Manufacturing Operations is responsible for all or a major portions of processing operations in manufacturing facility. Oversees the supplier’s production operations (shop floor management, workforce management, and flow disruption management), scheduling and personnel, and risks and opportunities. Performs professional or management work regularly across multiple manufacturing disciplines.
This role will require forward deployment directly to Warsaw/Poland. This will be up to a 3 year international assignment with additional compensation emoluments.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Leadership of multi-disciplined teams to ensure execution on international manufacturing operations in Poland.
Overall management and participation in all phases of the program development from capture and proposals thru planning, transition to production, execution, and close-out.
Develop the Polish supplier’s capability to manufacture and manage the production of products that meet defense and Raytheon standards.
Management and coordination of manufacturing resources to support multiple program requirements.
Presenting to the customer, Sr. Director and VP levels representing his/her IPT teams and operations performance.
Managing the coordination of program schedules with ISC, Subcontracts, Engineering, and other CBTs.
Capable of performing direct supervisor functions for their direct support team.
Liaison with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and all partners associated with hiring of Operations employees. Resource for new and current employees on onboarding and staffing.
Coach and mentor colleagues from all levels and areas of the business to help drive improved satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Mechanical, industrial Aerospace Engineering or related field and a minimum of 10+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 8+ years’ experience.
Experience with manufacturing tool sets in how they integrate for delivery of product through DD250.
Experience managing support plans and maintaining schedule in cross-functional, matrixed environment.
Experience with technical procedures, specifications, standards, and other engineering and manufacturing documents
Experience in managing employee relation issues within varying levels of the Organization.
Experience leading teams or projects.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance."
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to lead collaboratively with other managers in a results-oriented environment to develop solutions for complex problems that will gain desired outcomes.
Previous leadership position in a fast paced technical or manufacturing environment that included multiple working organizations; this would include extensive experience building strong cross-functional teams with proven results.
The confidence and courage to effectively lead, present, and participate in meetings and status sessions, even when having to provide bad news or when you disagree with other management and customers.
Problem solving abilities that bridge production realities to financial commitments.
Experience in a Circuit Card Assembly environment.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
