Description
Fleet management In charge of company fleet management from vehicle needs collection to vehicle onboarding and offboarding etc. Build, monitor and improve the whole process capability and efficiency. Make sure all stakeholders on track, such as vehicle needs define, vehicle ordering, vehicle delivery etc. Establish vehicle prep. process and quality inspection standards to secure vehicles meet the user requirements. Work with all stakeholders to develop digital tools for vehicle management to better track vehicle usage. Overall monitor vehicle utilization efficiency Trade in and Used car business. To implement GMPI brand used car programme including brand used car structure design, standards definition, roll-out plan. Lead all participants to well prepared for the program. e.g. pre-owned team recruitment, operational process set-up, vehicle preparation standards, used car retail management, used car stock management, cost management. Vehicle sourcing, digital deployment, batch vehicles disposal etc. Understanding and making diagnosis of partners when they confront actual challenges and difficulties on business operation, behave as "Hub and spoke" structure with all GMPI departments, partners, and agencies, providing solution and consultation to stakeholders. Define used car business targets of GMPI, keep tracking and evaluate used car performance, generate and monitor all stakeholders to implement action plans for performance improvement with necessarily follow up and on-going support.
Periodical partner visits to make sure used car business in compliance with the defined process and standard and steer GMPI brand used car programme to achieve key KPIs defined by GMPI itself.
