Apple's Internal Communications team is seeking an Internal Communication Strategist to collaborate on communications projects for our Apple team members across all businesses and geographies. This position works with internal partners and subject matter experts to help advise, develop, produce and implement communication programs targeted towards Apple's global employees. Our team informs Apple, whether it's about our innovative products and services, or the culture and values that drive what we do. You will have experience developing effective communications and should be high-energy, strategic, proactive, highly-organized and able to thrive in a fast paced, complex environment. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is a requirement. We are a highly collaborative team and you will work extensively with designers, writers, and other creative professionals. We are seeking someone who will be comfortable working with a number of partners, across many subject areas.

　　Experience in PR, consumer marketing or employee communications strategy, implementation, and analytics Ability to plan and drive projects with cross-functional teams Experience handling creative teams (design, video, photography and writing) and the creative development process - preferably in an internal communication, PR, marketing or advertising agency setting Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to draft content and messaging for a range of internal communication channels including emails, newsletters, websites, Keynote presentations, digital screens, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent planning, organization and implementation skills Structured/analytical thinker with outstanding attention to detail Innovative, with a critical/creative thinker attitude Proven success in managing international collaborations Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of management Ability to work independently, able to work a flexible schedule, and embrace change and ambiguity enthusiastically Strong active-listening skills High proficiency with Apple applications preferred

　　Advise key functions and related partners by recommending the best communication approach, method and tools for their programs Select the most beneficial communication methods depending on audience and desired outcomes Partner with internal and external teams to ensure alignment of messaging and coordination of processes for timely execution Provide frequent and clear communications regarding project status to key partners while raising potential issues or key decisions needed to ensure successful project delivery Produce the communication plans and coordinate the production of the communication assets needed to support each program Review past projects and results to identify wins/findings for business process improvements and influence internal change management Ensure key data are collected, understood and acted upon appropriately

　　At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,100 and $212,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
