The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing internal communications strategies and materials for our U.S. Associates. In this highly collaborative role, this person must have the ability to plan, create and write business communications on a variety of topics such as: internal announcements, meeting presentations, scripts, and materials to drive business priorities forward. The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for Internal Communications team support and the planning and execution of Associate-facing communciation delieverables in partnership with various internal business groups. By leveraging defined communciations processes and partnering with content owners and teams responsible for communicating to Associates, this person would plan for, support and help implement multi-channel internal communications deliverables. This is a hybrid position based in our Framingham, MA headquarters.
What You Will Do:
Serve as part of a Internal Communications team, supporting Associate-facing communications initiatives, executing plansfollowing defined processes, including:
Gather content and draft Associate-facing communications such as memos, articles and presentationsDraft communications plans for Associate-facing campaignsTrack communcations deliverables using centralized tracking tool Advise partners in the business on communications tools and processesAdvise partners on small-scale Associate-facing communications campaigns and provide support on large-scale campaignsServe as secondary point of contact for internal digital channels to include digital signs, MoodMedia, WorkJam, MS Teams, Poppulo, etc. using Appspace for centralized, streamlined content management Support creation of weekly Associate newsletter; assist with drafting and posting content for intranet site Support ad hoc project work, as needed
