Job Description
As a team member of the Group Sector Central Function HR & Communications of ContiTech, you develop and implement the Sector Internal Communications strategy. The goal is to support employee identification with the company and its goals. Ensuring clear, consistent messaging across the organization and selection of the right user-centric communication channel for the target group employees.
Main Tasks:
Manage and implement the internal communication strategy for the internal communication of the sector strategyTransformation and change communication at sector levelManage central communication channels at sector levelInternal communication for crisis topics and 'issues' at sector levelPlan, coordinate and implement different content formats (e.g., articles, webcasts, mailshots, video messages, ...)Plan and manage internal events and initiatives at sector levelAdvise leaders on positioning on internal channelsRegular exchange and sharing of best practices with internal BA communicatorsLeadership and CEO communication
