Summary:
The Compliance Risk Internal Audit team assesses the risk management framework as designed by second line compliance and risk management for consistency with regulatory expectations. The team completes audit testing in a dynamic environment across a variety of regulatory topics and assesses risk management frameworks, controls, and governance to provide insights to key stakeholders regarding compliance risk.

Responsibilities:
Plan, performs, and lead enterprise audits and high/critical risk compliance auditsDesign and execute highly complex testing and validationsAppropriately identify and evaluate level/tiering of riskLead large staff engagementsProvide input into annual audit planLead and coordinate work assignments among audit team membersManage direct reportsIdentify opportunities to build and leverage available data and analytical tools during planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of audit engagementsProvide coaching/feedback to audit staff
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Analytics, or related fieldRelevant Experience: 4+ years
Preferred Qualifications:
Regulatory Compliance audit experience within an Accounting / Consulting firm, Financial Institution, or Regulatory Agency
Certifications:
Six Sigma, STEM, or Business, Risk, Compliance, or Audit related certificationsCRCM, CPA, CIA, CFE, CAMS, American Bankers Association professional certificates

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
