Position Overview
The role of Research Operations Intern on Autodesk's Platform Services team helps to grow research impact and customer contact across the business. You will help build our customer contact programs by recruiting customers to partner with the teams in customer councils, research throughout the product development lifecycle and in feature sponsor programs. You'll collaborate on tooling for research and insight management to extend the audience and life of our research findings including implementing AI-driven insights tools. You'll work with our Product Designers, Product Managers, XD Researchers, Experience Designers, Content Designers and other team members to ensure our research operations processes are understood and followed.

Learn about our different customer contact programs and help platform teams implement and recruit for themForm a perspective on the use of AI tools for deriving insights from research findings and help implement the toolsPartner with XD and XD research team members to help them report out important research findingsEnsure findings are well documented in our research repositoryMake sure our wiki reflects our latest scaled research programs
Minimum Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in a U.S. based full-time, bachelors, masters or PhD program in experience research or operationsInterested in AI-derived insights managementFamiliar with customer-centered design practice and double-diamond research methods
About the US Intern Program:
The 2024 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 20 - August 9 or June 17 - September 6). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. Our internships align with Autodesk's Flexible Workplace approach, which is designed to meet the needs of our business while allowing for office, remote and hybrid work preferences.

Salary Transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience, educational level, and geographic location, and can exceed this range.
For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized intern base salary to be between:
$47,840 and $95,680 (undergraduate students)$72,800 and $118,500 (Masters/MBA students)$118,560 and $162,240 (PhD students)
