Intern, Media Sales (January to June, 2024)

About the Role:
As an intern working with the Media Sales team you will work on a variety of sales & related administration tasks. You will report to the Client Partner.
You Will:
You will work with the team on the following areas:
Sales Prospect / Leads
EMEA Daily Competition review (print & digital) EMEA weekly Competition review on Contalto Competitive spend analysis using MediaRadar for RFPs Identify main events in Europe and establish a prospecting list for the EMEA sales team (eg Paris Air Show, MWC etc) Assist the sales team in prospecting for the smaller brands in our portfolio eg: FN & PEN or non-endemic categories (art, business school) Assist the sales team in coordinating client meetings or planning trips (plane or train tickets, market / pre-call research, copies, decks etc)
Admin tasks
Send Voucher copies post publication. Create Screenshots for clients. Organize the Paris office in terms of classification of newspapers, WSJ Magazine etc) Paris office WSJ. Magazine monthly emailing. Interface with billing (account creation, invoices etc) Help to send print & digital specs out to clients. Support Sales leadership with the preparation of the EMEA weekly sales meeting (update the numbers, wins, coordinate the agenda) Coordinate invitations for PR events
Renewal
Creation of an "intern handbook" to be used for future intern hires.
You Have:
Intermediate level in written and spoken French and English 3/4 years university or business schools Knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity applications Adept at Organizational skills and detailed oriented Interest in Sales and Publishing environment
