Gain experience working within brand guidelines for a large-scale corporate event. In partnership with the Marketing Account Manager, Coordinator, and Art Director, support day-to-day operations and communication, support design execution, and support the execution and operations for Ryan's 2024 all-employee summit. Potential opportunity to support in other areas of Ryan's marketing department as well. Scope: Learn to organize and design with intent with marketing team support; prep files for production, coordinate with vendors. Gain the skills to organize and execute all aspects of marketing for a large-scale event held in Dallas, October 1-4, 2024. This role will attend the event for on-site coordination, support, and additional learning opportunities. Day-to-Day: Create and/or update printed and digital creative assets within brand standards Create and/or update marketing materials utilizing templates and provided content Keep organized, and learn to track details and tasks in project management tool Coordinate with vendors including sign, print, and event management team Maintain project schedules and timelines, day-to-day project management of active projects, timely communications up to date. Act as a partner to the Account Manager and liaison between our leadership team, writers, designers and project team through efficient, effective and timely communication, including updates to the broader team at-large. Qualifications: Either graduated or finishing a 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a similar degree.
