Woodleigh Chase is a beautiful 42-acre continuing care retirement community located in Fairfax, Virginia. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.
We are offering an internship experience to work directly with our Custom Interiors Coordinator in the opening of our new community. This person will support the Sales/General Services departments in the coordination of work for the installation of custom finishes and products in both current and future residents’ apartments. This is a temporary, 6 month/32 hour per week position.
How you will make an impact:
Processing quotes/requests for custom interiors projects
Coordinating each phase of custom service projects.
Forwarding invoices for payment.
Engaging with vendors responsible for performing work in community residences.
Administrative work related to the projects
Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:
Must be customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Must be a good communicator, a strong team player, and have a passion for serving seniors.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, possess a basic knowledge of accounting principles.
