Position Overview
As an MBA Pricing Strategy Intern, you will have the opportunity to conduct competitive analysis to understand competitor pricing, discounting, and promotion trends. You will also apply available data to develop price models to forecast sales and determine price elasticity.
You will partner with product teams to understand market landscape, analytics teams to understand Total Addressable Market, and provide insights on how we can optimize our price to meet corporate goals.
Responsibilities
Having a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate through Autodesk as a whole. From onboarding to your intern project, your mentor will get you ramped up and ready to make an impact - all while showing you what it means to be at Autodesk!Gathering research on competitive trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams to understand market landscapesPartnering with the pricing team to understand Autodesk's financials systems, visualization dashboards, and data to effectively build price elasticityWorking on ad-hoc pricing tasks such as analyzing historical pricing trends, renewal rate trends, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, MBA degree seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2025You're a strategic thinker with strong analytical background, and problem-solving skillsEffective influencing and communication skillsStrong background with Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools such as SQL (familiarity with Python is a plus!)Knowledge of data visualization and related tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
About the US Intern Program
The 2024 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 20th - August 9th or June 17th - September 6th). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, work alongside peers from universities all over the country and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. US recruiting begins in the Fall and concludes end of March. Our Internships align with Autodesk's Flexible Workplace approach, which is designed to meet the needs of our business while providing flexibility in support of office, remote and hybrid work preferences.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized base salary between $41,000 and $81,400. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
