What will you do?Stakeholder Management through Effective CommunicationsThis is a multi-level project targeting different segments of the stakeholders eg employees, senior leaders, government, media to build on GSK's strong branding and pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership position in Singapore. Project scope would include: Gain insights of the manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical industry and produce collaterals such as internal newsletters, workplace posts relating to site updates Producing videos of manufacturing production processes on site and respective job roles Event and logistics planning to support site activities that involves internal and external stakeholders Working with external agencies to produce collaterals Managing visit programmes Maintaining an up-to-date intranet etc Working with different departments that support the pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including Technical Development, Quality, Production What are we looking for?Educational background - Undergraduate studying Diploma / Bachelor in Business/Arts and Social Science/Communications/Chemical Engineering who is interested in learning more about s takeholder management through effective communicationsOn-the-job learning with high level of independence in project activities.Strong written and oral communications skillsExcellent English proficiencyA keen interest in productionMeticulous, organized, and dedicatedApply his/her knowledge of communications skills and learn engaging different stake holders to deliver a project.What do we offer you?
