What you get to do in this role:
You will perform Internationalization / localization testing across all features and products of website and mobile applications.
Work with a multi-disciplinary team within our Globalization department to ensure localization test cases are documented as well as improve current test bed and scenarios as needed.
You will identify Internationalization/localization bugs, categorize them properly, and support development teams to fix/verify the bugs to closure.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has/is:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Understanding of International/localization Quality engineering.
Interest in linguistics and can speak a second language other than English.
Proven ability to work with their classmates/lecturers and build a high-performance culture that embraces collaborative techniques.
Ideally, have some knowledge of automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG and other open-source projects.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A strong track record of on-time delivery for large, cross-functional, educational projects.
Pro-active and self-motivated, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
Work with IQA/LQA automation team to analyze violations captured by automation tooling.
You will perform test activities that include the usability aspects of a product/feature.
