Job Description
Act as the central point of coordination between the project management team and engineering stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of project goals, timelines, and deliverables with engineering requirements.
Serve as the technical interface between the project management team and engineering partners.
Facilitate discussions on technical requirements, specifications, and standards.
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to define and document project requirements.
Ensure that project deliverables meet both project management and engineering standards.
Identify and assess technical risks associated with engineering components of the project.
Work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Collaborate with the project management team to allocate resources efficiently for engineering tasks.
Monitor resource utilization to ensure optimal project performance.
Work closely with engineering teams to establish and implement quality assurance processes for project deliverables.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with project and engineering standards.
Foster clear and open communication channels between project management and engineering teams.
Organize regular meetings to review project progress, address concerns, and facilitate collaboration.
Cultivate strong relationships with engineering partners, understanding their needs and expectations.
Address technical concerns promptly to maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship.
Provide technical guidance and support to project management and engineering teams.
Ensure team members are well-equipped and trained to meet project and engineering requirements.
Collaborate with relevant departments to manage budgets for engineering components of projects.
Ensure efficient allocation of funds and monitor expenditures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in project management and collaboration with engineering teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and engineering solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address technical and project-related challenges effectively.
