Intelligent Automation Product Owner

　　Description

　　Responsible for working with Agile Product Managers and other stakeholders to define stories and prioritize the Team Backlog in support of the product roadmap; Responsible for supporting the organization's mission, operations, structure, and goals; for streamlining the execution of program priorities in support of business agility and product market trends; Maintains the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team, and maximizes the value of the product resulting from the work in the product/agile team.

　　Collaborates with business management on multiple products with business knowledge to identify short and long-term business priorities using Lean Agile thinking and representing the voice of the customer; product and entrepreneur mindset for owned product/s; defines the archetypical users of products; articulates and prioritizes personas and their problems so that appropriate products or solutions can be built.

　　Seeks out and interviews customers for user experience feedback and new market trends; illustrates market problems in a story that puts the problems in context.

　　Practices Lean/Agile leadership; contributes to vision and Program backlog; heavily involved in program backlog refinement, preparation for Program Increment planning, and participation in planning events; owns team backlog and implementation; accountable for effective product backlog management.

　　Leads Feature planning and prioritization for capabilities; applies Behavior Driven Development (BDD) to guide development, decrease rework, and increase flow; primary source for story detail and priorities in Iteration Planning; establishes story acceptance criteria.

　　Understands the scope of enabler work and collaborates with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist decisions and sequencing of technology enablers.

　　Defines and explicitly communicates the Product Goal; creates, orders, and clearly communicates Product Backlog items apart from ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible, and understood.

　　Defines and drives iteration goals and content via prioritized stories; builds, edits, and maintains the Team Backlog of user stories, defects, and enablers; primary responsibility for maintaining the flow of just-in-time story elaboration; accepts user stories as done, including validation the story meets acceptance criteria, has appropriate acceptance tests, and complies with the Definition of Done (DoD).

　　Participates in the Iteration Retrospective and the Inspect & Adapt workshop.

　　Applies different approaches to convince others to change their opinion or plan, and wins support from others for ideas; able to build support with peers without direct lines of reporting across a matrix organization.

　　Understands and works in line with the organization's mission, operations, structure, and goals; Understands informal structures and processes of the organization; understands organization-level implications of his or her day-to-day decisions.

　　Lean Agile and SAFe Mindset - Advocates for and leads others in the concepts of the Agile Manifesto and Lean thinking in support of adopting and applying the 9 SAFe principles and practices for the organization.

　　Lean Portfolio Management, budgets, and Economic Framework - Applies Lean and systems thinking approaches in support of strategy, investment funding, Agile portfolio operations, and governance; evaluates working systems; manages Epic investments and dynamic budget adjustments to minimize overhead through funding and empowering Value Streams while maintaining financial and fit-for-use governance to minimize overhead; assesses and supports decision rules that align to the financial objectives of the Solution to guide the economic decision-making process.

　　Program Backlog Management and User Story Elaboration - Identifies, refines, prioritizes, and sequences backlog items using Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) to ensure the economic success of the solution; determines the details of a product feature to ensure that any unanswered questions about it are answered so that development can proceed.

　　Building High Performance Teams - Identifies and applies critical skills and Lean-Agile principles and practices in the creation of high-performing Agile teams to construct high-quality, well designed technical solutions.

　　Planning and Managing Ceremonies - Plans, schedules, and leads ceremonies that create a cadence for the team to maximize productivity, promote collaboration, maintain transparency, and inspect and adapt so the team can continuously learn and improve.

　　Education, Licenses, Certifications

　　College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. SAFe® Product Owner/Agile Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

　　Experience

　　Business knowledge with knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are preferred.

　　Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.

　　Experience Total experience 10 with relevant experience of 3-4 years in ProductOwner role. Experience in leading digital products and solutions for Supply Chainfunction. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, proficiency inRPA platforms and tools (e.g., UiPath, Celonis). Ability to analyze business requirements and design scalable RPAsolutions. Proficiency in process mapping and automation opportunityidentification. Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies. Experience in building relationships to establish strong trust betweenthe team and its stakeholders. Proven experience in dealing with high-profile customers, handlingcustomer demands, and resolving customer issues effectively. Technical Skills SAFe Product Owner or Agile Product Manger certification must have. Expert in agile implementations using Jira, Confluence. Deep understanding in supply chain management.
