Intel Federal LLC (IFL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation with responsibility for managing Intel's business with the US Federal Government. Intel Federal is looking for an energetic Contracts Manager who wants to work on dynamic contracts with numerous internal and external customers. The contracts range from small to multimillion dollar programs. These dynamic programs seek out opportunities to create world-changing technology that improves the life of every person on the planet.
You must be able to effectively multitask, be proficient with Federal contracting, and demonstrate outstanding communication skills so that you can interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
The Contracts Manager will receive and process contracts; review and negotiate terms and conditions; advise management of contractual rights and obligations and mitigate contractual program risks; maintain contract files; work within a cross functional team to develop and submit proposals and administer contracts. This position interfaces with customers during contract pre-proposal, negotiation, administration, and closeout; serves as primary point of contact for resolution of customer issues; and develops and maintains customer relationships.
Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships based on professionalism, responsiveness, and ethical conduct.Review RFPs, proposals and contractual documents for contractual requirements and risks, ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and meet company policies and standards.Lead proposal and contract negotiations to achieve business objectives while ensuring customer needs are met.Work in a team environment with customers and peers, sometimes in ambiguous situations.Handle a high volume of contracts tasking.Multi-task across multiple programs and product lines.Work at a torrid pace to improve economic and national security.Travel: Not expected to exceed 10 percent of the time.
You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree and 12 or more years of applicable experience in Federal contracts.
This position involves work on US Government Contracts and/or proposals for US Government Contracts that limit participation to US Citizens. A person may be required to provide proof of US Citizenship in order to comply with US government requirements. Any offer by Intel for this position is conditioned upon satisfying any government requirements regarding proof of citizenship.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
10 years or more of experience working with and in-depth knowledge of FAR, DFAR and other government regulations,10 years or more of experience with multiple contract types (CPFF, FFP, FFP-LOE, TM, OTA)10 years or more of experience with and in-depth knowledge generating and negotiating proposals and or contracts,10 years or more of experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, or PowerPoint)2 years or more of experience as a supervisorCertification as a Contracting Manager or Contracting Officer or 10 plus years of demonstrated equivalent experience.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
