In this role, you are part of a Global Services team. You will be developing custom connectors to help with the integration and implementation of our world class SaaS enterprise solutions. You are responsible for ensuring overall delivery of the connector.
You will be overseeing the delivery of complex internal or partner-led integrations. You will be responsible for providing overall technologic design advice, strategic guidance, and integration consistency, working with the Customer, Product, Implementation, and Support teams to strategize the integration landscape.
You feel comfortable working in a fast paced and highly agile environment, as you work with multiple customers on multiple projects concurrently. You have a technical background and will further develop your management, consulting and communication skills.
In this role you will...
· Engage with customer and partners to understand integration requirement.
· Play a key role in the development of custom connectors
· Monitor and troubleshoot recipes
· Create auto healing mechanism for error handling
· Participate in sprint planning and technical design reviews; provide input as appropriate
· Work collaboratively with Quality Assurance (QA) engineers through participation in the testing process.
You have got what it takes if you have...
· 4+ years developing integration connectors using Workato, Dell Boomi, Zapier
· Has ability to scope, analyze, do feasibility checks, design solutions.
· Engages with customers & business prospects
· Prepare, Present and Demonstrate EdCast’s LXP capabilities to customers in a manner that aligns with their requirements
· Monitors overall workflows and task utilization on a scheduled manner in order to keep them optimized and scalable.
· Error trend analysis for conducting RCA of recurring issues and solutioning for their workaround and permanent fix.
· Has strong experience of working with SQL databases such as MySQL, Postgres to write complex queries
· Has expertise in debugging code, writing scripts in RoR, Python, Java.
· Has hands-on experience using logging and error monitoring tools such as Graylog, BugSnag, Sentry etc
· Has good knowledge on REST & SOAP Web Service standards
· Engages with product owners, business users and customers in analyzing functional and nonfunctional requirements to help support product and integrations related design decisions
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Has experience of working with JIRA to create & track issues
