Description: We are seeking an Integrated Program Planning Staff Team Member for the Enterprise Operations team, responsible for Program Planning on the 1LMX Program inclusive of cross Enterprise project management coordination.
This high impact team member provides planning/scheduling leadership across the enterprise program planning teams for the 1LMX Program. The position maintains the Program Schedule in OpenPlan including stakeholder support to Control Account Managers and managing data integrity with Cobra and Agile Hive. The role collaborates with all 1LMX Product Planners and Program Finance to provide coordinated program support and analysis and utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. The position consults with the Program Risk Manager on behalf of the planning team to support management and mitigation of schedule risks.
The Integrated Program Planning Staff Team Member is a self-starter and independent thinker supporting an integrated team within Enterprise Operations to ensure successful 1LMX program execution and performance, including all aspects of a validated Earned Value Management system. This position has shared responsibility for schedule baseline management and control as well as assisting in weekly/monthly variance analysis. The team member operates in an Agility environment with an understanding of Agile performance management, Agile backlog management and utilization of Program Roadmaps to develop and maintain executable schedules supported by critical path analysis and dependencies management.

Basic Qualifications:
• Subject Matter Expertise with Open Plan and PM Compass
• Demonstrated Earned Value Management skills, integrated cost/schedule management
• Extensive experience developing and analyzing complex integrated Schedules from high-level Roadmaps
• Experience identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities in schedule and cost performance
• Experience interfacing and developing strong relationships with Stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in team environment
• Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to solve complex problems
• Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Agile PPM and Agile Program Execution monitoring and reporting
• Experience with Milestones Pro and visualizations from OpenPlan data
• Working knowledge of dashboarding and data analytics tools like Tableau and VIPER
• Experience developing Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
• Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Emerging experience with executive presence
• Willingness to champion 1LMX Transformation within Planning function and cross-functional work groups

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $105,000 - $197,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $91,300 - $175,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
