The Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems Division of Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Mid-Level, Lead, or Senior) to join the Integrated Planning & Scheduling group located in Huntsville, AL. This position will provide Planning and Scheduling support to multiple programs at the Huntsville site.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Levels of Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads preparation, development, and coordination of simple to moderately complex integrated plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements.Leads, helps facilitate, and supports the integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners.Identifies, analyzes, and reports performance variances.Supports proposed changes to the baseline.Leads preparation, development, and coordination of moderate to very complex integrated plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements.Leads, directs, facilitates, and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners.Identifies, analyzes, and reports performance variances.Leads the review of proposed changes to the baseline.Provides training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to lower-level employees.Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation, and training of planning and scheduling processes, procedures, and tools.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
A Bachelor's degree or higher.Minimum 3+ years' experience in finance, business operations, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management.Experience using Open Plan Professional.Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience using Microsoft Project.Experience using Milestone Professional.3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typical Education & Experience:
Mid-Level (Level 3):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Lead Level (Level 4):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior Level (Level 5):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: Mid-Level 3: $87,550 - $118,450
Summary pay range: Lead Level 4: $107,950 - $118,450
Summary pay range: Senior Level 5: $132,600 - $179,400
