This role is responsible for supporting a unified customer/distributor experience based on presented business goals, spanning all marketing media. You will work closely with the Marketing Strategy organization to create multi-channel marketing execution plans for key initiatives, while also working closely with functional marketing teams to translate, understand and execute the vision. This role will also consult on strategic execution of marketing capabilities to gain executional efficiency and deliver business results, as well as develop brand and category lifecycle strategies for customer/distributor acquisition and retention. In this role you must be collaborative and able to make decisions independently in the best interest of the team and business.
Responsibilities: Collaborates with Marketing Strategy and Project Administration Teams to identify business and marketing objectives for key initiatives, and makes recommendations for best-in-class multi-channel execution plans to achieve desired results, driving alignment to recommended approachesWorks to define and prepare campaigns for assimilation into our marketing strategy and prepare for activation.Makes strategic recommendations and builds execution plans for lifecycle marketing communications across channels in pursuit of customer/distributor acquisition and retention, including welcome, reengagement, and retirement/protection category set up journeys, and other brand-level nurture strategies. Proposes social strategies and experiences to drive brand advocacy and community interactions.Consults on technology and marketing capabilities and recommends strategic use throughout campaign lifecycles Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:7+ years of business-to-business marketing experience, delivering successful, multi-channel campaigns.Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, communications, business, or other related discipline.Conceptual thinker with a deep understanding of marketing mediums with the greatest ROI to achieve business objectives, including paid, earned and owned channels, partnerships, sponsorships, events, etc. Ability to build, maintain and optimize audience lifecycle strategies to support customer acquisition and retention.Ability to collaborate cross functionally to bring business strategies and initiatives to fruition.Ability to synthesize information to develop understanding of key insights.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining detail orientated focus.Ability to flow seamlessly from strategy to execution, driving vision while also commanding a deep understanding of tactical day-to-day to ensure strong in market execution.Familiar with marketing technology stack capabilities and integrations like Sitecore, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.Proactive, resourceful, and demonstrates a high level of initiativeExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team to deliver holistic results.
Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $95,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.
This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
