JOB TITLE: Insulation/Construction Worker
MUSTS: Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drugscreening. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record,or the ability to obtain Driver's License within 2 weeks.Must have some knowledge of or experience in general construction andinsulation. Be able to lift 60lbs with out assistance, Able to maneuver andperform work in tight spaces with a minimum 24" of vertical clearance,work on roofs and ladders up to 35 ft in height. Will be working both indoorsand outdoors at times, with normal associated risks.
SKILLS: Customer Service, organization, attention to detail, and two yearsof general residential construction experience are preferred, but notmandatory. Ability to learn.
DUTIES: Install insulation in existing homes in attics, crawlspaces andwalls, uses foam, caulking and other materials to eliminate drafts inattics, crawlspaces, windows and doors. Works on a crews of up to 3technicians, applies safety practices and principles in daily work.Performs other routine insulation duties in residential buildings, alongwith possible repair and maintenance. These duties may involve generalconstruction work. Performs related duties assigned by the employer.
WAGES: $15.25 an hour or more depending on experience and/or skills.Paid twice monthly.

DURATION: This is a permanent position.
SHIFT: This is a full-time job of approximately 40 hours per week.May work four days per week, with exact days and times assigned by theemployer.
JOB SITE: Alamosa, Colorado (will work at locations throughout the SanLuis Valley).
