This position will work with Subject Matter Experts to coordinate and develop training and, using adult learning techniques, deliver classroom and online learning for Dispatchers. Coordinate with SMEs, conference room scheduling, media services, etc. to schedule dates and times of training, so all training fits into a consistent training regimen. Collaborate with SMEs to develop testing and other learner evaluations appropriate for training material Develop, draft, and recommend training materials, reference manuals, job aids Utilize the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model in the development and implementation of bi-annual Train-the-Trainer course. Create, draft, update, and recommend web-based training modules, utilizing Adobe Captivate Software. Prepare various training reports as requested. Draft, recommend, distribute, and track various training communication Set up training sessions and track course completions, entering course completions into the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) system. Catalog sessions in HRMIS and the HRMIS Training System Maintenance module, when applicable. Maintain a thorough knowledge of NERC PER standards to validate requirements associated with training is met. Analyze, model, and document training-related processes, procedures, standards, and practices. Review, revise, and edit, or create, draft, and recommend, documentation needed to verify successful systems operation training development and completion. Promote, communicate, validate, and report adherence to NERC, FERC, and WECC standards to maintain compliance. Coordinate, schedule, and conduct the various training sessions for the Control Center's Dispatch Training Facility (DTF) Program, Coordinate logistics for Field Sessions, including reserving class space, guest instructors, and guest accommodations. Schedule classes to accommodate the most field personnel available. Draft initial and follow-up communications. Monitor and review Dispatcher continuing education hours to confirm minimum requirements are achieved using appropriate tracking method/system. Partner with Dispatch Training Staff in the development, design, and recommendation for an on-the-job training program for dispatchers. Serve as the organization's POC and administrator for SharePoint. This includes site development, population, and maintenance.
