Team Profile:
The ISG FP&A team oversees the Annual CCAR submission and Quarterly Stress Test processes, as well as the Annual Budget process for the ISG segment. The ISG FP&A team also performs a wide variety of analyses and forecasting exercises as required for the business unit and the ISG CFO.

The Finance Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of some 3,000 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Morgan Stanley franchise by serving as guardian of the Firm's books and records, and by contributing to firm wide risk management and risk reduction. This division maintains relationships with Morgan Stanley's various industry and government regulators, and also serves as the conduit of financial information to the outside investment community. You will:
Provide broad coverage with understanding of revenue drivers, expense and headcount management, funding and capital implications, focusing on business-level returns Develop and maintain key relationships across firmwide FP&A functions Manage/Co-ordinate the development of revenue, expense, capital projections for the Bank's CCAR RPS process Build related data feeds to produce required RPS forecast Quarterly Partner directly with the central FP&A and Bank FP&A groups as well as ISGF product controllers on model and data enhancements Act as point person for all Bank related questions in ISG FP&A and Reporting Evaluate and streamline processes and control frameworks to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal governance standards Develop risk & control frameworks, manage governance documentations, policies, and procedures as required for quarterly/Annual CCAR Facilitate governance meetings and coordinate with Corp FP&A, Risk, and business management teams to perform governance and control related tasks Perform a wide variety of analyses and forecasting exercises as required
You have:
7 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field Strong background in financial reporting and accounting Strong Analytical Skills - Ability to translate complex financial schedules into meaningful analysis and presentations Strong Interpersonal Skills- with a balance of assertiveness and building cross business relationships Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines and handle pressure situations Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner and thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player with strong communication skills Change agent with proven ability to drive process changes Prior experience in people management is a plus Background in LE reporting is a plus Strong Technical skillset is a plus
