Overview
Execute Reporting and analytics responsibilities as part of the broader Global Business Services function in Hyderabad, India.This role will help to enable accelerated growth for PepsiCo by contributing to the marketing and insights analytics team within the Center. Primary responsibilities include creating/updating existing dashboards, delivering periodic and on-demand performance reviews, and addressing ad-hoc requests based on internal and external data sources. This role will support marketing and insights teams across multiple brands and markets. The role will have short-term responsibilities for knowledge transfer from the business and flawless delivery of recurring reports. Once established, the role will execute optimization of the content and processes, including ad hoc questions and overall automation of delivery where applicable.
As a re-evaluation of the role in Sep 2023, the role encompasses working on Egypt Beverages along with supporting selected North African markets.
Responsibilities
of marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)Leverage business performance explanations from teams around the world to incorporate considerations beyond data into reportingExplain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunitiesMonitor key channel, customer, competitor and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervalsProvide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click required with tables/charts/stories using relevant dataDeliver against needs of stakeholders, requestors and end service users Support processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope - in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content managementResponsible for individual optimal utilization of time Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business PartnersFlag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output (facilities, IT resources, recruitment efforts)Primary executor responsible for flawless support process and structure, including knowledge management and transfer Support communication processes with Reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)Help Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operationsImprove existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loopSupport simplification, standardization and digitalization efforts (in cooperation with global and sector stakeholders) Support efforts to establish Reporting sub-team within SCC as a delivery point of contact for all regular reporting needs for Business Partners
Qualifications
A junior/mid-level Insight or Analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods companyEducation: MA in economics, math, statistics, marketing or management Potential to develop leadership and influencing profile in line with Insights Leader of the future definition: Motivates action through fact-based, inspirational material; Has a track record of identifying and championing new processes for improving fact-based decision making. Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources into compelling growth strategies. Formulates a strong POV and can articulate future scenarios; Is an exceptional story-teller.
