Kimberly-Clark is looking for a critical member of UK and Western Europe (UKWE) Supply Chain leadership team, who provides an overall governance and control for distribution and SGA cost related controls and processes within SC remit, as well as insights to improve cost efficiency to UKWE SC Leadership Team and total UKWE SC team.
This role leads a cost controlling function providing distribution cost intelligence, insights and recommendations and driving cost related process and efficiency improvements to support to achieve the Supply Chain objectives. Partners with EMEA SC Central Support team, and TDC SC Finance team in EMEA through Cost Control, Costs Transformation, Monthly reporting, Quarterly Forecasting and Weekly Outlook process.
Required Qualifications / Experience
Science or Finance B.Com/Hons degreeProven experience in management cost control/analysis experience within a FMCG environmentSAP and Supply Chain experience. Distribution/manufacturing knowledge/exposureExperience of building effective teamsSound influencing and stakeholder management skillsExcellent analytical skills, ability to provide data driven insightsSelf-motivated and self-drivenAdvanced Excel knowledgeExposure to cost management programs-calculation and reporting.
