　　UNITEC Parts Company is searching for a high-energy, extremely motivated, customer centric Inside Sales Account Manager to increase the sales of spare parts and develop relationships by providing exceptional customer service. 　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　Serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders for service parts, ensuring customer satisfaction and account management by provide timely and accurate quotes and offer obsolescence product solutions to grow the sales pipeline.

　　Proactively propose, promote, and develop promotional product campaigns for new and existing products.

　　Meet or exceed annual sales goals with parts sales to the external customer base by attaining daily call activity metrics, increasing touchpoints, and following up on leads.

　　Research and identify part numbers, obtaining part prices and lead times, and tracking shipment with close management on special/larger orders sold by Unitec.

　　Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of parts and packages.

　　Requirements:

　　Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

　　The successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft-based computer software and HubSpot CRM.

　　Goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills.

　　Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
