Description:
Selling products available online or through digital marketing. Taking inbound calls from individuals interested in the product, using persuasive speech and upselling skills to conduct full sales cycle call and earn a commission.

A Day in the Role:
• Take and answer incoming calls from clients and/or their care support and respond to inquiries in a timely manner (40 per)
• Provide accurate information regarding our unique and innovative healthcare products
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable healthcare product to fit their lifestyle needs
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and orders
• Provide an excellent and empathetic customer experience while building brand awareness and increasing lifetime value of our customers
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM and lead management tools
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
• Achieve sales quotas and other performance metrics

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably phone sales
