  本ポジションは、Fusion のインサイド プロダクト スペシャリストとして、担当する見込み客のパイプラインを管理し、営業担当者として、お客様の導入または購入プロセスをリードし、成約に導きます。定期的に開催されるウェビナーや展示会、各地のセミナーや体験会を活用して、テクニカル セールス スタッフと共に、お客様のワークフローにある課題をFusion でどのように解決できるかを説明し、提案の拡大に繋げます。Fusion は急成長しているビジネスであり、業界No.1の設計・製造ソリューションとなるために、ビジネスを力強く推進するチームの一員として、弊社ならびに業界の先頭に立っていただくことになります。

  職務内容

  新規ビジネスを開拓するための潜在顧客を探索し、アプローチすることを担当する

  日々のセールスアクションにたいして責任を持ち、必要とされるアクティビティボリュームを維持する

  180日分のパイプラインを効果的に管理し、一貫したパフォーマンスを確保する

  四半期ごとの見通しを維持する

  見込み顧客や既存顧客のビジネスニーズに耳を傾け、ポジティブな第一印象とより深い興味へのきっかけを与える

  Fusion への関心を高めるためのクリエイティブなフォローアップ コミュニケーションを通じて、新規および既存のリードとの積極的なエンゲージメントの維持を行う

  マーケティングと協力して、アウトバウンドのキャンペーンをより良くするためのフィードバックを継続的に提供する。

  四半期ごとの目標と年間のノルマを達成し、積極的な売上拡大を図る

  顧客が更新をする際のアシストを担う

  Salesforceを使用して営業機会と活動を記録する

  各種ディマジェンイベントにて、積極的にプロジェクトに参加し、自身の成功を後押しする

  新しい視点を受け入れながら、忖度なく発言し、チームの改善に常にコミットする

  応募資格

  学士号またはそれに相当する資格

  自発的かつ自主性に富み、エネルギーに溢れ、積極的で結果を重視する方

  テクノロジー業界での営業経験があることまたは同等の経験

  プロスペクト(見込み客)を獲得した経験

  メールおよび口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力

  率先して行動し、優先順位をつけて効率的に時間を管理する能力

  オートデスクのセールス キャリア プログレッション フレームワークで定義されている、オン・ザ・ジョブ・コーチング、自己学習を通じて、セールススキルを継続的に向上させる意欲があること。

  2~5年のCAD/CAM/CAE業界、または同等のソフトウェアセールス経験はプラス

  Position Overview

  We are passionate about the business of Fusion and are committed to helping our clients every day while thinking about the manufacturing industry in the next 10 to 20 years. We are expanding our team around the world and are looking for dynamic sales professionals who are looking to take the next step beyond the status quo and who have a desire to grow a new business. We are looking for sales professionals who are eager to take the next step in the growth of our business in Japan.

  You will report to the Fusion Sales Manager in Japan. You will work in a hybrid role serving as an Inside Product Specialist for Fusion, managing a pipeline of assigned prospects and being a sales representative to lead and close the customer on-boarding or purchase process. You will work with our technical sales staff to expand your offerings by using regular webinars, trade shows, local seminars, and hands-on events to explain how Fusion can solve the challenges in your customers' workflows. Fusion is a fast-growing business and you will be part of a team to lead the charge to make Fusion the #1 design and manufacturing solution in the industry.

  Autodesk is improving the Design and Manufacturing Industry with Fusion, the only cloud-based solution that offers a complete workflow integrating conceptual design, engineering, and manufacturing.

  The Fusion business is growing, and we are quickly increasing the size of the team to support the expanding demand. We are building a team of passionate, sales professionals that want to be part of something exciting. We are a team that is passionate about Fusion and how it can dramatically improve our customers workflows and change the manufacturing industry.

  As a Fusion Account Executive, you will manage your own pipeline of opportunities and driving them to close. In addition to the leads you will receive from the Sales Development Reps, you will prospect for new opportunities to keep your funnel full.

  As the sales reps on your deals, you will lead the customers through their buying process and lead them to close. You will utilize technical sales reps and scheduled webinars to demonstrate how Fusion can address the issues you have discovered in the customers' workflows. Fusion is a fast-growing business and you will be on the tip of the spear as we become the #1 Design and Manufacturing solution in the industry.

  Responsibilities

  Prospect and hunting to find new business to be closed directly

  Manage a 180-day pipeline to ensure performance

  Maintain a quarterly forecast

  Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by listening to their needs

  Maintain active engagement with all leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Fusion

  Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback and improve future outbound campaigns.

  Achieve quarterly goals and yearly quotas to lead aggressive sales growth

  Assist with renewal clients

  Use Salesforce.com to document opportunities and activities

  Minimum Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

  2-5 Years of software sales experience

  Desire to be in technology sales

  Experience successful prospecting

  Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities

  Improve your sales skills through on the job coaching, self-learning and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework

  Fluent Japanese and conversational Level English

  Understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE market
