Purpose of Role
Identify and Lead Innovation opportunities, developing, managing, and improving our execution delivering a benchmark and flowless Innovation Commercialization model that guarantees sustainable growth through an omnichannel perspective within all the commercial calendar agenda with a clear and strategic activation plan.
Key Functional Responsibilities
Responsible for Innovation pipeline projects (baseline, sustain, and new in AOP)
Full Innovation Commercialization Project Management (PM)Responsible of G5 plan executionDrive all Omnichannel (Off Trade & E.commerce) Commercialization targets in line with our 365 Essential and Growth DriversDefine Clear KPI per Chanel to track to deliver each project targetsCreate a Tracking unified framework and monitor Execution Scorecards (with clear KPIs for a all projects)Keep communicated, stakeholders and multifunctional teams with status, stages, resultsManage budget monitoring A&P and TS for each project, deliver strong M&E on activities and drive promotional effectiveness (ROI)Guarantee Promotional activities planning and ensure are included within commercial processForecasting accuracy (volume promoted, sell in, sell out of each project...)Strong Data Analysis and Mental agility extracting rationalesPlanning & Priorization
Key Leadership Responsibilities
Innovation Commercialization Manager works with Diageo´s Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Marketing, Supply & Demand Teams, and with our customers to identify opportunities for Innovation brands, developing, managing, and executing the commercial calendar and activation plan. This role is accountable for:
Lead decision making on the execution of the commercial calendar and activity plan, with clear growth Drivers, customer propositions that will be implemented to unluck growth, working closely with Marketing, Commercial Managers and Customer Marketing.Act and be the key link between Marketing, and Sales teams by leading and engaging all relevant parties to deliver our business plan, ensuring right optimization of resources (not only investment)Monitor, collect Feedback, Learnings, evaluates execution and be able to adjust in any time of the process achieving the best performance of the project
Qualifications & Experience Required
Project management & Commercial acumen skillsObsessed with winning and Brilliant ExecutionSell Out/Rate of Sale/ Gaining share and Possibility MindsetCreative Business Developer Thinking “think in a concept and bringing to life in strong Growth Drivers”Successful track record of business deliveryAnalytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking with ability to move between strategy and executionAble to mobilize the business around a clear goal and engage key stakeholders at all levels, multifunctional teamwork, and cross-functional leadership skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsDesire advanced English (90%) and Microsoft Office+5 years of experience in a Commercial Role
