Project Outline:
The mission of the Process, Training, and Digital Solutions (PTDS) team within Innovation and Data is to drive innovative ways of working to enable a fit for purpose clinical trial delivery operating model. We bring together people, process, data, and technology with a focus on continuous improvement to deliver medicines to patients faster.
During the 12-week summer internship program in the Change Management and Innovation team you will be asked to support the design and implementation of innovative approaches to our ways of working, develop and lead change impact assessments, and develop effective communication strategies, to ensure a seamless adoption of our new processes. Your responsibilities will require good project management skills, problem solving and solution gathering, and effective communication and influence to enable change and adoption.

Requirements / Qualifications:
Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Takeda does not provide sponsorship for internship positions.
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), within the core business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
Undergraduate, Graduate, PhD, MD student with completion of a minimum of one year of university studies.
Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship with Takeda.

The hourly pay rate range is $20.00 per hour - $46.00 per hour. The final pay rate offered for this internship may consider several factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
