ABOUT THE ROLE
As Injection Account Manager you will be responsible for ensuring achievement of business objectives and assigned sales budget through strong and reliable partnerships with Regional Purchasing Agencies, Public and Private Hospital Facilities, Italian Diabetes Care Centers (CADs), Hospital Pharmacies, Private Retail Pharmacies and with the agency network of Distributor(s), for Retail Market, where applicable.
This role requires to develop valuable relationships with clinical and non-clinical partners within Regional Healthcare Systems in Italy by identifying their needs and providing them medical technology solutions to meet their needs

Main responsibilities will include:
Key Account Management: Lead strategic engagement with Key Regional Accounts and Institutional Stakeholders, ensuring a strong understanding of market dynamics and potential.Public Purchasing Expertise: Stay informed on Public Purchasing Procedures, supporting product value propositions in line with key partners' needs.Analysis: Collaborate on Tactical Regional Plans, analyze business objectives, propose corrective actions, and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement.Compliance and Education: Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, educate Key Account Stakeholders, and manage regional Key Opinion Leaders.Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitors, propose effective offerings, and provide insights on market trends and pricing strategies.Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams, offering feedback on trends, competitors, and proposing initiatives for business opportunities and process improvements.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Scientific Disciplines or equivalent subjectProficient in English, a further second foreign language is preferredOutstanding Microsoft Office package applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and CRM tools (e.g. SaleForce.com) experienceSignificant and proven track record in MedTech industry (Diabetes Care area), specifically in Public Tender procurementKnowledge of the evolving dynamics of the NHS/Regional Healthcare System and Public Administration procurementKnowledge of Key Regional Stakeholders
