About In-House Entrepreneur Intern

  Position Overview

  As an In-House Entrepreneur Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO and office team, gaining firsthand experience in the inner workings of a DTC apparel e-commerce company. This internship is designed for individuals who are not only eager to learn but also possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.

  Responsibilities

  Collaborate with the CEO: Work closely with our CEO to assist in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives.

  Hands-On Tasks: Take on a variety of tasks across different departments, from marketing and sales to operations and customer service, providing you with a holistic understanding of our business.

  Project Management: Lead and contribute to specific projects, ensuring their successful implementation and delivery within deadlines.

  Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams within the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.

  Qualifications

  Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a startup environment.

  High energy levels, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take on challenges.

  Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  A self-starter who can identify opportunities and take initiative without constant supervision.

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  Requirements

  Ability to work in person at our Calabasas headquarters.

  Availability to work 20 per week.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  Previous experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
