We are seeking an energized transaction originator with Infrastructure Project Finance experience to join the Siemens Financial Services (SFS) group. You must have project finance experience with a lending institution, preferably a bank, insurance company, or commercial finance lender.
In this role, you will be responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of infrastructure finance transactions with a focus on the US market.
We are looking for an Infrastructure Sales Originator who will be based out of the New York City Metro Area.
Responsibilities:
Actively marketing SFS within the infrastructure industry to facilitate deal flow and new business opportunities Initiate, build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, sponsors, and lead banks
Perform due diligence activities, negotiating term sheets and documentation on transactions, presenting new business opportunities to senior management /credit committees
Attend bank meetings, industry events and conferences to maintain and expand client network and remain well-informed of market trends
Identify relevant transaction risks and negotiating appropriate structural mitigants
Review, understand, and summarize loan and project documents including third-party consultant reports, legal due diligence, and credit documentation
Mobilize internal resources and work within company and business unit policies, procedures, and processes.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
BS – Finance required. Masters preferred but not required.
10 years of experience within the project finance group of a lending institution, preferably a bank, insurance company, or commercial finance lender with an active infrastructure finance business.
Proven track history of originating and closing Infrastructure transactions
Demonstrated network of strong relationships
Proven experience negotiating term sheets and financing documentations.
Credit analysis, financial statement analysis and strong financial modeling skills required.
Ability to work within a team environment, combined with the flexibility to undertake changing roles as circumstances dictate.
Superior knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Strong relationship management, selling, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills required. Self-starter who is adept at working in a hybrid-remote environment.
Experience in sectors including transportation, digital infrastructure and emerging and energy infrastructure and product areas including PPPs and economic infrastructure assets
Preference for location within the NYC Metro Area

The pay range for this position is $142,520 - $244,320 along with an incentive bonus structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
